Rannoch Smokery has secured a listing with Tesco and a trial with Morrisons.
Following a trial in selected stores, Rannoch Smokery's premium Smoked Barbary Duck Breast and Smoked Wild Scotch Venison are being rolled out to 180 Tesco stores throughout the UK.
Morrisons recently agreed to trial the Smoked Duck and Smoked Chicken in upmarket stores in the south east of England.
Richard Barclay, MD of Rannoch Smokery, said: "We are delighted to have made such good progress into the mainstream retail market. More and more people are recognising that we have an excellent natural larder from which we can produce high quality foods.
"There is a clear demand for high quality, premium produce that extends beyond the specialist food shop sector.
"Our first customer was Harrods, and our smoked meats and chutneys have gained a loyal following within delicatessens."
