Sainsbury’s to pay £60k to employee over sexual discrimination dispute

The worker has been granted compensation for injury to feelings and sexual discrimination over a number of situations that occurred since 2021

Sainsbury’s has been instructed by an employment tribunal to pay £60,000 to a female worker after a male colleague repeatedly swore at her.
