Adrian Clark knows retail like the back of his hand, having spent 40 years in the sector and just over 20 of those working for Sainsbury’s. He’s also no stranger to a Grocer 33 win and is now a three-time champion, following previous victories at Sainsbury’s Banbury store in October 2014 and in Chester in January 2017.
