This decadent snack tickled our judges’ tastebuds with a moreish hazelnut flavour accompanied by a satisfying crunch and a subtle hint of chocolate. The indulgent biscuits have been specifically designed to tap into the sharing market, with a premium look and feel that promotes higher value sales for retailers by encouraging shoppers to trade up – and ultimately supporting long-term category value growth.

The launch was borne out of insights gathered by brand owner Pladis, which identified an untapped opportunity for the evening sharing occasion, in which consumers relax in front of the TV and pass around sweet treats after a long day. Tasty with a great bite, judges liked this clear, targeted concept accompanied by standout packaging, with an eye-catching and attractive design. An indulgent treat for any time of day that cleverly expands upon biscuit snacking occasions, building incremental sales for the category.
