General Mills is boosting its Betty Crocker baking mix brand with the launch of a new Cookie Mix range.
The company has launched three new flavours in the UK market, following their success internationally and positive consumer trials.
Its Cookie Mix range is available in White Chocolate Chunk, Chocolate Chip and Ginger varieties and only requires the addition of water. General Mills is targeting the new range at busy consumers
and claims the cookies can be made in 15 minutes by following three simple steps.
Cookie Mix is packaged in easy-to-grab 200g stand-up pouches for easy storage.
“Our new Cookie Mix range, in its distinctive packaging, has been a success internationally and consumer trials suggest that they will be just as popular in the UK,” said Sally Baxter, Betty Crocker brand manager.
“We believe our continued innovation in new product development, combined with significant investment in marketing support, will drive sales for our trade customers.”
All three mixes have an rsp of 99p.
