Scottish Courage Brands has appointed Mark Gerken as sales MD for the off-trade.
Gerken takes up his new role immediately, replacing Keith Hogg who was promoted to group sales director for Scottish & Newcastle in August last year.
Gerken has worked at Scottish Courage Brands for 16 years, during which time he has held senior sales and marketing roles both regionally and nationally.
He was most recently trading director for grocery, a position he has held since April after being promoted from trading director for retail groups.
Before joining the national sales division of Scottish Courage, he also held the role of managing director for Courage East. Gerken earlier worked in senior positions for key fmcg companies including Duracell UK and Mars Confectionery.
