GF Lovell is adding two new products to its value confectionery portfolio in mid March  chocolate whip and orange whip bars (rsp, 20p). The launch follows an overhaul of other brands last year, which included improving formulations, revamping pack designs and launching Rooster cereal bars. The company aims to quadruple its sales in the next three years with more new products, a broader distribution base and extra private label contracts. Own label currently accounts for 20% of sales. One of the company's pocket money products, Big Deal or Top Ten, will be a covermount on a children's publication later in the year. There's also a sampling programme planned at events. {{MARKETING - P&P }}
