The National Federation of Retail Newsagents is to ramp up its service levels for both existing and potential membership.

NFRN president David Kirwin said: “The time is right to review our offer - not only in line with the trends experienced, but also by predicting what tomorrow’s
member requires in an increasingly competitive marketplace.”

Following a review of its operations in May and June, the new field structure will be scheduled for Autumn 2004,the NFRN said.
