Ocean Spray is putting more than £1m behind its premium chilled juice drinks portfolio as part of a relaunch and expansion of the range. It is also launching two new variants Cranberry & Blackberry and Cranberry & Cherry which it claims will help retailers cash in on the growing demand for chilled juices. The entire range of Ocean Spray juice offerings is getting a facelift with new graphics, which the company says brings the fresh offerings more into line with the ambient range. Colin Davis, marketing manager for the Gerber-owned brand, said the chilled sector now accounted for almost half of the total juice and juice drinks market. "The chilled category is flavour led," he said. "By increasing the number of new flavours on offer we will build penetration and volume purchase." {{MARKETING }}
