Sean FitzPatrick has resigned as a non-executive director of Greencore Group. He had been on the board of directors for six years.

Select & Save has appointed Hayley Osborne to the new role of trade and marketing manager. She joins from the now-defunct buying group Key Lekkerland where she worked for 16 years.

Fred Griemsmann is the new MD of Tetra Pak Processing UK. He joined the Tetra Pak Group in 1991 as a process engineer before holding a number of senior roles, most recently as cluster manager for plant sales and engineering.

Patrick Barrett, Eugene McSweeney and Michael O'Connor, directors of Kerry Co-operative Creameries, have retired from the board of directors of Kerry Group. It follows Kerry Group's decision to reduce the level of representation of Kerry Co-op Creameries on its board.

Craig Burton and Ian Land have joined Seafood Scotland as inshore manager and account manager respectively. They are both on secondment from Seafish in Scotland. Bobby Kerr has also joined as training advisor, while Jess Sparks has expanded his role to head up Seafood Scotland's new environmental programme.

Armitages Pet Products has named Paul Bousfield as its new CEO. He joins from Bostik UK where he managed the trade and consumer business, which included products such as Blu-Tack and Evo-Stik.

Patrick Lewis, director of retail operations at the John Lewis Partnership, will become partners' counsellor from 2 February. He will ensure the Partnership remains true to its principles and character.

Alastair Hamilton will succeed Leslie Morrison as CEO of economic development agency Invest Northern Ireland.
