Struggling Italian dairy giant Parmalat is suing Deutsche Bank for around £11.3m.
Deutsche Bank is the third target in Parmalat’s campaign to recover money from institutions which arranged debt deals for the food group in the year before its insolvency.
Last week Parmalat said it was seeking to recover 290m euros from UBS. While last month the group announced it was suing Citigroup for $10bn.
