Toiletry and household goods manufacturer PZ Cussons has promoted finance director Graham Calder to the newly created role of deputy chairman, with effect from January next year.
Calder has been group finance director with PZ Cussons, which manufactures and distributes brands such as Imperial Leather and Carex, since 1996. He joined from Deloitte and Touche, where he was a managing partner.
He will be deputy to Anthony Green, who is chairman of PZ Cussons, and retains his position as the board member in charge of PZ Cussons UK and PZ Cussons Poland.
Bandon Leigh will take over as finance director in January. He is 34 and has been finance controller at PZ Cussons for the past eight years.
