Strathmore is putting £100,000 behind a relaunch of McIntosh chilled ready meals.

The brand was owned by McIntosh of Dyce, which changed its name to Smmart following a management buyout, but went into receivership earlier this year. The initial roll-out features the five best-selling traditional lines and the company plans to add to the range. New packaging aims to attract a younger market but will include the brand’s familiar logo.
