Chupa Chups is targeting small hands as well as small mouths with the April launch of a Surprise lollipop which contains a toy. The futuristic models with lights and moving parts come in a capsule which fits over the lollipop. Both are then wrapped together. The launch ­ which takes Chupa Chups into the market that has been dominated by Cadbury's Yowie and Kinder Surprise ­ is supported by a £250,000 marketing campaign.
