Paper giant Georgia-Pacific is tackling another sales opportunity after a tie in with a major decongestant brand.
It has joined forces with Diomed Developments, which launched the Happinose brand into the grocery and pharmacy trade two years ago, to bring out Happinose balm tissues.
The newcomer should benefit from the multi-million pound spend behind Happinose Nasal Decongestant Balm, which has enjoyed press and TV ads. Further support is planned this winter and the tissues will hit shelves backed by promotions including a 30p off next purchase coupon pack. Point of sale materials will coincide with the above the line campaign.
Robin Gleave, category manager for tissues at Georgia-Pacific, said: "The deal with Diomed enables us to offer the trade a facial tissue brand with different positioning." Rsp for a family pack is £1.69.
