Golden Wonder has announced the structure of its senior management team, following its merger with Snackhouse.
The team is led by Paul Monk, former commercial director, who is chief executive. Geoff Marsden, former MD of The Snack Factory, is deputy chief executive.
Three Golden Wonder directors have been given key roles.
Former grocery sales director David Revell is commercial director; Kirsty Taylor has been promoted from category marketing director to marketing director; and Andy McCreath becomes impulse director having been sales director, impulse.
However, the changes have led to a number of departures of six senior personnel including that of Golden Wonder's chief executive Clive Sharpe and marketing director Paul Boothman.
The management restructure heralds the start of an integration programme which will lead to one trading company under the Golden Wonder name.
Monk said: "Golden Wonder and The Snack Factory will represent a considerable force in the branded and private label sectors. We remain committed to growing and maintaining support for leading brands such as Nik Naks and Golden Wonder Crisps and will continue new product development."
