Tresemmé launches Oil Elixir

The oils can be used on damp or heat-styled hair

Haircare brand Tresemmé has made its first foray into ‘dry oils’.

Oil Elixir, which is made from a non-greasy blend of oils, is rolling out now in two formats - one suitable for all hair types and one for colour-treated hair (rsp: £9.99/100ml).

The oils can be used before shampooing as a treatment, on damp hair to tame it, or after styling to add shine.

The NPD would tap into the growing trend for dry oils, said brand manager Annabel Granger.

The premium duo will be joined on shelves by two new products under the brand’s Keratin Smooth range - Beautifying Oil (rsp: £6.99) and Concentrated Rinse-Off Treatment Shot (rsp: £1.49).
