Bread brand Vogel’s is being relaunched with refreshed packaging and an e-commerce website.

Owner Nicholas & Harris, part of Finsbury Food Group, is next week rolling out new brand strapline - ‘Crammed to bursting with seeds & grains’ - as it looks to flag up the bread’s nutritional benefits and taste.

“Combined with the modern new look, the strapline plays to our strengths of superior taste and texture created with a simple recipe without added sugar, emulsifiers or artificial preservatives or flavourings,” said Vogel’ commercial director Seb Willis.

The new website features a “bold design that makes full use of Vogel’s striking brand colours” and will enable consumers to buy direct from Salisbury-based Nicholas & Harris.

Sales of Vogel’s - sold in retailers including Waitrose, Tesco and Sainsbury’s - have grown 1.8% year on year to £4.3m [Nielsen 52w/e 12 October 2013].
