Waitrose has named Tracey Marshall as its product manager for local and regional produce, replacing John Vine in the role.

Marshall's new role will also involve promotions and marketing, working closely with individual product buyers.

She was previously assistant foodservice adviser at Waitrose, a role that covered the retailer's fresh food counters.
