Miss Scotland Ellie McKeating is fronting Quality Meat Scotland’s new Comfort Food campaign and has rustled up dishes using PGI Scotch Beef, PGI Scotch Lamb and Specially Selected Pork. Recipe books will be available at about 300 retailers that are members of the Scotch Butchers Club.
