Brewer Adnams is planning to build an eco-friendly flagship Cellar & Kitchen store in Southwold, Suffolk.
The store, which will open this year and sell wines and kitchenware, will have a green sedum roof and natural ventilation and light. Toilets will be flushed with rainwater and walls insulated with sheep wool.
The site has been inspired by its eco-efficient distribution centre and will be the 10th Cellar & Kitchen store. The brewer is planning more new stores this year.
