La Maison Cointreau has launched a blood orange-flavoured variant of its eponymous triple sec.
Cointreau Blood Orange (30% abv) rolls out into selected Waitrose stores across the UK and online via Amazon from this week (rsp: £17/50cl).
The NPD had “all the versatility of Cointreau” and would be best suited to a long drink or cocktail making, said the brand.
“Presented in the iconic Cointreau square bottle, with the ‘1849’ seal to signify when the house was first established, the bottle’s orange-red colour embodies the new expression’s audacious character,” it added.
