Jim Beam is expanding its bourbon range with a maple-infused variant.
The 35% abv drink (rsp: £19.99) is the first maple-infused American whiskey to be sold in the UK, said distributor Maxxium UK.
“We are excited to expand our Jim Beam portfolio and create a further point of difference with this innovation,” said Maxxium marketing controller Eileen Livingston.
“Jim Beam Honey was the first-to-market honey-infused bourbon and now with Jim Beam Maple we will stir up fresh interest amongst young adults who may not have previously considered bourbon”
Three Jim Beam Signature Craft whiskeys were launched in February and were marketed to connoisseurs and experienced bourbon drinkers rather than those unfamiliar with the drink.
