Aldi has launched an organic pinot grigio as a summer seasonal line.
The 12% abv wine (rsp: £5.99/75cl) rolled into stores this month under the Planeta Organico brand.
It is made from grapes grown without herbicides or pesticides in line with “strict sustainability principles”.
The NPD follows the launch of Aldi’s organic prosecco under the Planeta Organico brand earlier this year, alongside two more “ecologically aware” wines.
