Tilda has put its dry rice and grains blends into 100% recyclable packaging for the first time.
New packs are cardboard and clear oriented polypropylene film, as part of the brand’s aim for all its packaging to be recyclable, biodegradable, compostable or re-usable by 2025.
The revamp sees a 25% reduction in pack size, from 500g to 375g. However, the rsp is down just 10%. “The responsibility for pricing rests with the retailers, not us,” Tilda said.
