One of M&S’s Simply Food outlets in a BP station

BP has opened a new £2.1m M&S Simply Food service station in Honiton, Devon.

The new filling station on Turks Head Lane opened last Wednesday, creating 18 new jobs.

It features a Wild Bean Café, M&S store, baby changing room, and a disabled toilet.

BP district manager Mark Witham said: “It’ll be open 24/7 providing customers with a selected range of Marks & Spencer’s high-quality fresh, innovative food alongside the best of BP fuels and our very own Wild Bean Café.”

BP owns and operates 300 forecourts in the UK. The number of BP M&S Simply Food forecourts has grown to 230 since the first one was opened in 2005 in Hammersmith, London.
