The messaging has been changed from ‘please wear a face covering’ to ‘no face covering, no entry’

One Stop has beefed up its coronavirus messaging to customers, stating ‘no face covering, no entry’ in its latest PoS kit for retailers.

It will see company-owned stores and franchisees communicate the stricter message via window posters and stack cards, that used to express “please wear a face covering”.

It also includes five ‘please wait here’ floor graphics, and two ‘aisle closed’ stack cards as part of fresh Covid PoS One Stop has provided retailers with every promotional period since the onset of coronavirus.

Derbyshire-based One Stop franchisee Dee Sedani praised the Tesco-owned retailer for its “great support” on Twitter last Friday after receiving the kit.

He told The Grocer the kit helps him and his team reinforce the message.

”Firstly, it means I don’t have to design my own poster, secondly, it’s all branded One Stop, so the message is coming from the company, and thirdly, it helps us reinforce the message, because customers are still arguing with us,” Sedani added.
