Mars Chocolate Drinks and Treats has added Galaxy Rice Cake Thins to its portfolio of snacks.
Coming in packs of two (rsp: 89p), each 15g rice cake contains 72 calories, and “can be slipped easily into any handbag, rucksack, desk drawer, kitchen cupboard or gym bag”.
The launch follows the June launch of Mars Chocolate Drinks and Treats trail mixes to tap the trend for fruit, nut and seed assortments as healthier bagged snacks.
“We are keen to offer consumers more choices on how to enjoy their favourite chocolate brands,” said general manager Michelle Frost. “Galaxy Rice Cake Thins provide the creamy taste of Galaxy they know and love in a light and modern way.”
