After weeks scrutinising hundreds of entries across 32 categories, our expert judges have picked the final shortlist for The Grocer Gold Awards 2022

The awards, which recognise the very best standards in grocery retail, will celebrate the extraordinary achievements of companies and individuals during another challenging year for the sector.

“With the help of nine panels of expert judges we’ve whittled down hundreds of entries to present the Gold Awards shortlist,” said Adam Leyland, editor-in-chief of The Grocer.

“It’s an exceptional list, speaking to some exceptional performances across this vast and varied industry, from startups to industry giants. Now the countdown to the big night can begin.

“It’s sure to be a sellout once again. Hosted this year by Sir Trevor McDonald, the awards will be held at Guildhall, the stunning medieval building in the City of London, on 14 June. So hurry. Tickets will go fast!”

In addition to the categories below, there will be awards for The Grocer 33 and Britain’s Favourite Supermarket announced on the night.

As with all such events, tickets are limited, and bookers can apply to attend via an online form. To register your interest for tickets, click here
