EeBria says it has planned numerous initiatives “to help support” the drinks industry

Craft beer distributor EeBria has launched a new online jobs platform for the drinks industry.

EeBria Jobs will show listings initially from suppliers that work with EeBria, but the company said it intended to “open it up for other companies in the industry from pubs and bars through to key industry suppliers” in future.

It was the first of several initiatives planned “to help support the drinks industry at large”, said EeBria, claiming it could help suppliers cut down on recruitment costs as it would not charge them to list positions.

Brewers including Tiny Rebel, Five Points, Ridgeside and Brixton Brewery have already posted listings.

“It was a natural step for us to look at how else we can use our technology and national reach to help our producers with other parts of their business and a jobs board was an obvious project for our team,” said the distributor’s CEO David Jackson.

“We believe there are a number of other areas of the craft beer industry where we can help our partners by providing other similar services in the near future.”

It comes after EeBria teamed up with Nisa earlier this year with a distribution deal that massively boosted the number of craft beers and ciders available to Nisa retailers.

EeBria has also signed a similar deal with Costcutter, though on a smaller scale, giving access to just 80 products.
