A hot dog producer has added honey to its sausages in a bid to appeal to kids.
The Wikle range, launched by Wikinger Hot Dogs, comprises: Wikle Mini Sausages, rsp: £1.49 for 36 small sausages; Wikle Sausages, rsp: £1.49 for six big sausages; and Wikle Balls and Mini Sausages an assortment of pork balls and mini sausages, rsp: £1.89. The products contain no artificial colours or flavourings and have been given a sweet twist by adding honey.
"Wikle is all about combining kids' food with fun and convenience," said UK sales director Derrick Watson.
