Lidl’s sell-out Christmas jumper is returning to stores for 2022 with a new design.
The Lidl-branded jumper was its fastest-selling middle aisle product of 2021, flying off shelves at a rate of one every two seconds on its first day in stores, according to the discounter.
The jumper has also featured in Lidl’s Christmas TV ads for two years in a row.
The 2022 jumper is set to arrive in stores on 24 November, price at £7.99.
Lidl’s Deluxe Pigs in Blankets Pizza is also returning for the third year in a row, having been a sell-out last year, according to the supermarket. The sourdough pizza arrives in stores in 8 December, priced at £3.99.
Lidl also today posted what appears to be a teaser for its 2022 Christmas ad campaign on social media channels. The 16-second clip shows a girl with a teddy bear attracting a crowd of shoppers in a store, filmed on a security camera.
