Morrisons ‘permanently’ cuts café prices to help cost of living

Morrisons has announced “permanent” price cuts on over half of its café hot meals, in its latest response to the cost of living crisis.

The retailer said the move would cover dishes such as fish and chips, which is now £6.99, a full breakfast, now £5.99, and burger and chips now £5.99.

The cuts are in all 397 Morrisons cafés nationwide from today, with the meals also available for delivery on Just Eat and Deliveroo.

“We know when it comes to eating out, our customers are looking for great value more than ever so we’re pleased to announce that we’ve cut the price of over half the hot dishes on our menu,” said Morrisons Cafés category director Sian Whittle. 

“Our Christmas menu also offers traditional classics as well as some festive twists and we look forward to welcoming our customers to our cafés in the coming weeks.”
