Scottish supplier Buck & Birch has boosted its Aelder Elixir liqueur brand with Wild Bottled Cocktails, a six-strong range of ready-to-drink cocktails inspired by Scotland’s countryside.
Created to capitalise on the shutdown of pubs and bars, the premium lineup features ingredients such as woodruff vodka, hawthorn syrup, sea buckthorn and dandelion wine, as well as Isley whisky, dark rum and coffee.
Packed in a screwtop bottle, all six new RTDs were “crafted using the finest, freshest wild ingredients and represent the very best of Scotland and the seasons” according to Buck & Birch.

The Aelder Sour, Amarosa Old Fashioned, Espresso MartAna, The Thornstar Martini, The Atkinson and Dandy Lion are available now for a limited period from the Aelder Elixir website (£8/150ml).
“With much of the hospitality industry currently on hold and many people spending the summer at home, we wanted to give people quality drinks to enjoy with minimal hassle,” said Buck & Birch director Thomas Chisholm.
