Ginsters is to make its debut in freezers with bake-from-frozen pasties (rsp: £3/4x180g). A Cornish variant will roll into Tesco from 13 April, while Cheese & Onion will land in Asda on 28 June. Frozen food had “seen a huge revival in recent months” said Ginsters MD Kieran Hemsworth.
“Consumers are getting busier than ever and having access to great tasting meals that they can keep in their freezer and cook at the end of the day is key. Our new frozen range answers this need, delivering a taste that consumers love, in a format that’s simple and convenient.”
