Egg producer Bird Brothers has unveiled a major brand revamp, with a new website and packaging alongside the launch of an e-commerce platform for its customers.

The rebrand from Bird Bros is designed to better reflect the company today and its growth since its founding in 1969.

The updated website tells the story of the company, its values and its sustainability commitments.

It also showcases the product range and includes recipes and infographics showing how eggs get from “coop to cup”.

The products across its free-range ‘Roam’ offering and ‘Roost’ barn egg range will have fresh packaging in bold colours.

Customers will also benefit from 24/7 access to a bespoke B2B e-commerce platform provided by Swiftcloud, which is designed to “revolutionise the ordering process”.

“From a refurbished farmhouse with one henhouse, the company has grown to become an award-winning producer serving a varied customer base from retailers to major names in retail and foodservice,” said Matthew Bird, commercial director. “Our brand refresh gives us a modern look and feel that better reflects the company we are today, and it is coupled with the launch of our new app-based e-commerce platform, which will allow us to more efficiently serve our growing customer base.”

In the past two years alone, the business has made multimillion-pound investments across infrastructure and technology including robotics, and the company launched its first ever barn egg products along with its commitment to being cage-free by 2028.

It is also British Lion-accredited and serves hundreds of retail and wholesale customers across the country.
