Ehrmann Cornish Dairy has announced the rebrand of Trewithen Dairy to Cornish Dairy Co.
The updated branding will come in from April 2026, rolling out across grocery channels as part of a strategy to drive brand recognition, shelf standout and continued national growth.
Products will begin to appear on shelf from 22 April 2026 with packaging rolling out across the full range throughout April and May.
The business said that the rebrand was designed to support long-term growth while celebrating the brand’s Cornish provenance, heritage and commitment to quality, and would further establish the company as a leader in the premium dairy sector.
Trewithen Dairy was acquired by leading German dairy processor Ehrmann as part of a major push into the UK in June last year.
“This rebrand is about celebrating who we truly are,” said Emma Lawes, head of marketing at Cornish Dairy Co. “We have always been proudly Cornish, and Cornish Dairy Co allows us to put that front and centre in a way that is clearer, bolder, and more meaningful for today’s shopper.”
Long-standing partnerships with local Cornish farmers would continue and the quality consumers and retailers expected would remain, the brand said.
“We remain dedicated to delivering the high-quality dairy products our customers have come to love but to also connecting shoppers with our Cornish heritage and proud dairy farmers,” she added. “We’re looking ahead to an exciting future that will see Cornish Dairy Co become a staple in households, coffee shops and restaurants alike.”
The launch will be supported by marketing and social channels activity designed to build awareness of the new branding.
