Jack Daniel’s has added a Blackberry flavoured whiskey to its UK lineup.
Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Blackberry has launched this week in Tesco stores (rsp: £26.50/70cl), following a US launch earlier this year.
The NPD was “bursting with sweet and tangy blackberry notes that complement the bold character of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey”, according to the brand.
It was “perfect for sipping neat, over ice and lemonade, or mixing into a refreshing cocktail”, it added.
“The smooth, well-rounded finish of our Tennessee Whiskey makes it one of the most versatile expressions to pair with unexpected flavour,” said Jack Daniel’s master distiller Chris Fletcher. “By adding the ripe notes of blackberries, we’ve created an approachable spirit that’s full of character, easy to enjoy with friends and perfect for any season.”
Blackberry joins Honey, Apple and Fire in Jack Daniel’s flavoured whiskey roster.
Sales of Jack Daniel’s have edged up by 0.5% to £288.2m, according to The Grocer’s Britain’s Biggest Alcohol Brands report 2025 [NIQ 52 we 19 April 2025].
The brand also registered a 2.9% jump in volumes, outpacing rival whisky brands such as The Famous Grouse, Whyte & Mackay, Bell’s, Grant’s and Jim Beam – all of which have shed litres.
