New Oxford Street restaurant

Pasta Evangelists is to open three new London restaurants before the end of the year, building on its plans to reach 100 UK sites in the next five years.

The first of the new restaurants will open on New Oxford Street today (1 October), offering free prosecco with dine-in meals until the end of October.

It will serve Pasta Evangelists’ fresh pasta dishes, including Ragù alla Bolognese, Carbonara, and Beef Agnolotti. The site will also offer classes at the Pasta Academy, where guests can learn how to make fresh pasta dishes from in-house Italian chefs.

The following two sites will launch in Queensway and Chelsea this autumn. The new openings build on the brand’s recently announced plans to open 100 restaurants across the UK over the next five years.

With its franchise partners, Pasta Evangelists will be investing over £30m in the new restaurants, and is looking for sites and new partners across the south of England, Midlands and Scotland.

“Every new restaurant is an opportunity to share our passion for fresh, artisanal pasta with even more people across the UK,” said Pasta Evangelists co-founder and CMO Finn Lagun.

“But more than that, our restaurants are also about creating memorable experiences – from our pasta parties to our pasta-making courses. The best part is that these new restaurants will be with us just in time for our new Christmas menu that will feature some incredibly exciting new product development. Watch this space.”
