Rowntree’s has added two fruity ice lollies for 2026.
Fruit Pastilles Berries (rsp: £2.50/4x65ml) is a flavour extension of the brand’s bestselling ice lolly, in a Strawberry & Blackcurrant flavour.
Meanwhile, Fruit Explosion Mix (rsp: £2.50/6x42ml) combines two dual-flavour sorbet lollies. Each pack contains three of each of Apple Sorbet & Sour Cherry Sorbet with Sour Cherry Sauce and Mango & Passion Fruit Sorbet & Kiwi Sorbet with Kiwi Sauce lollies.
Boasting a “soft texture and bold flavours”, Fruit Explosion lollies brought “something genuinely new to freezers”, said Rowntree’s.
Both variants have rolled into major retailers, building on the successful launch of Rowntree’s Mango ice lolly in 2025.
“We know consumers are looking for fun, uplifting treats they can rely on, and Fruit Explosion brings a genuinely unique twist to the freezer with its soft fruit juice core,” said Rowntree’s brand manager Will Yates.
Meanwhile, Pastilles Berries tapped into “the popularity of one of the category’s most-loved products”, Yates added.
The launches are being supported by a full through-the-line campaign to “maximise reach and drive excitement” around the Rowntree’s’ ‘Free the Fun’ platform.
It comes after value sales of Rowntree’s lollies rocketed by 23% to £57.3m on volumes up 23% in the year to 6 September 2025 [NIQ].
