The launches are designed to “honour the vibrant legacy of the Windrush generation”

The Black Farmer has announced the launch of two new products: Jerk Chicken Sausages and Cumberland Pork Sausages.

The launches (rsp: £3.75) are designed to “honour the vibrant legacy of the Windrush generation and culinary traditions that have helped shape modern British food”.

The Jerk Chicken Sausages are made of British chicken, are gluten-free and include smoky, peppery jerk spice with hints of citrus.

Meanwhile, the Cumberland Pork Sausages are made of coarsely ground high-welfare British pork with signature black pepper and sage to “embrace the timeless savoury warmth of a true British classic”.

“This is more than just a sausage launch. It’s a celebration of identity, culture, and the flavours that unite us,” said Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones, founder of The Black Farmer. “We’re bringing both Caribbean fire and British tradition to the table – one sizzling sausage at a time. These are proper bangers with purpose.”
