Nidan Foods, one of Russia’s largest juice makers, said it has signed an investment and distribution agreement with Pepsi Bottling Group.
Pepsi will invest $60m to package its Tropicana juice brand at Nidan’s Moscow-based factory.
In return, Pepsi is to help distribute Nidan’s own juice brands - Champion, Da! and Moya Semya.
Nidan holds a 13% share of the Russian juice market, dominated by juices with a long shelf life.
