What was your first job? Working for my dad, doing a lot of admin work during those long summer holidays.

What’s been your worst job interview? Thankfully I’ve only done three, so nothing was really that bad.

How do you describe your job to your mates? I tell them I’m a modern-day Willy Wonka.

What is the least rewarding part? Being part of a small team can sometimes be a bit lonely.

What is your motto in life? Never give up! You get many knockbacks in the food and drink industry, but keep knocking away and the door will eventually open.

If you were allowed one dream perk, what would it be? I’d love a private jet, but who wouldn’t?

Do you have any phobias? Spiders. Hate them!

What animal most reflects your personality? I know it’s boring but probably a cat - I’m someone who needs love and guidance but also I like my independence.

What’s your favourite film and why? Almost Famous. It’s brilliant from start to finish.

What has been the most embarrassing moment in your life? I was once rafting in a Thai river and my friend had a sizeable spider on his back. Instead of staying calm I decided to jump off the raft into the river. It’s not so much embarrassing but rather stupid.

Which celebrity would you most like to work with and why? I’d love to work with Peter Jones - I’m sure he could help the business grow. He’s also brilliant on Dragons’ Den. Does he count as a celebrity or is that cheating?

What would your death row meal be? A pizza from my favourite restaurant. It’s called Pappagone if you’re asking.
