Sainsbury’s Helen Buck on the retailer's Grocer Gold 2013 triumphs

Sainsbury’s retail director Helen Buck spoke to The Grocer following Sainsbury’s wins at The Grocer Gold Awards 2013.

The retailer picked up the highly coveted Grocer 33 mystery shopper awards for Customer Service and Availability. It also won Online Retailer of the Year, Green Retailer of the Year and Consumer Initiative of the Year for its Paralympics sponsorship.
