Signature Foods is extending its Cadbury Fresh Cream Cakes range with the addition of Choc Chunk Cheesecake on September 1. The new pack, which contains two cheesecakes made with Cadbury's milk chocolate chunks and fresh cream, joins Cadbury's Fresh Cream Eclairs and Choux Buns in the chiller cabinet. These were launched in June and have received support from a £1.2m advertising campaign with the strapline: It's not a treat it's therapy.' Signature Foods marketing director Sam Teader claimed the number of consumers shopping the cake sector of the chiller cabinet had increased since the brand moved in.
