Britvic is expanding its J2O range into cans in a bid to increase its share of the take-home market.

The cans will be sold in six-packs designed to be kept in the fridge, and will be available nationwide from March in orange & passionfruit and apple & raspberry flavours (rsp: £4.39/6x250ml cans).

The slimline cans would help drive penetration and “unlock new consumption occasions”, said marketing director Jonathan Gatward.

The national launch, which follows a three-month trial with Tesco, will be supported by TV advertising.
