Two senior food industry executives have joined forces to launch a company that they hope to build into a £100m group. Paul Simmonds, former chief executive of Hibernia Foods UK, and Jeremy Hamer, who remains chairman of Inter Link Foods, have launched Glisten with the intention of acquiring niche food companies.
