Shares in Hill Station have started trading again after the ice cream manufacturer secured the funding it needed to upgrade its factory in Cwmbran, south Wales.

The company suspended trading of its shares on the Alternative Investment Market in October "pending clarification of the company's financial condition" after its bank would not provide it with additional credit.

It has secured a £2m loan stock facility with shareholders, a director and private investors, as well as a further £1.1m from another investor.
