Booker’s new fleet enables 3-in-1 deliveries

Booker Direct has rolled out a new multi-temperature fleet to allow it to increase its frozen and chilled deliveries.

The vehicles, now on the road, are equipped with internal moveable bulkheads so Booker’s customers can have ambient, chilled and frozen products delivered in one go.

“We have made a significant investment to ensure we do not just meet customers’ expectations, but exceed them,” said Booker Direct MD Mark Aylwin. “A single delivery significantly improves productivity at customers’ sites, reducing paperwork, handling and replenishment times.”
