‘A trip to Switzerland’ has – thanks to Dignitas – become a gloomy euphemism for the journey from which no man returns. But new eaterie Edelweiss Basel is looking to change that.
The ‘Nudisten Lounge’ will open its doors (though not for long, what with the breeze) to naked diners at the end of the month. Waiting staff will join in the nudie fun, while prim patrons can keep their undies on.
A similar venture in Paris – called O’naturel – closed in January 2019 due to lack of interest. Let’s see if the Swiss can make it work!
